Ok, interesting to know. Would love to read the possible Booster messages. Yeah I think if they reject it it tells you flat out, although maybe not? I haven't used enough to know that myself.

I've never had anyone reject them that I can recall. The accepted message I think was just a "thanks" and that was it. The others were not from him. They said that he got it, but to be careful that his friend saw it etc etc that is a fast way to get put on probation or something along those lines.

When they reject it it said like i cant take this and am sending it back. Or one said like I cannot believe you would send this. A good one was like How did you know green was my favorite color for the car.

Brian and Z, you guys were in the Outlaw conference, right? You stopped posting before you reached any conclusions last Fall. So, can the personality test give you conclusive information that a recruit will accept booster gifts and you will not get caught? Also, is the value of a gift equivalent to the value you get from recruiting dollars? Is giving $10K in cash (recruiting cost of $10) equivalent to 10+ CVs? If so, then investing $1500 in a personality test could be incredibly cost effective.

I do have some information but i do not like making 'forum facts'. I have used them both with and without success and will post something when I have something that is useful, as of now this that we are talking about right now is the most to topic info that I have found. Personality Tests are very useful if you know how to use them.

I'm not sure how much rejection plays a role in getting caught. I've received a number of messages telling me they're sending the gift back without any consequences (not getting put on probation). I don't want to speak for anyone else, but getting caught and the messages you received haven't correlated for me.

depends on what u spent on him

Good point brian. I have never figured out how much spending has to do with accepting a redshirt. I guess it is a combination of effort and personality. Same goes for EE. If you are successful in postseason, you are almost guaranteed to lose an EE and if you never make postseason, it is unlikely that you would lose someone, regardless of personality. I have a tough time getting players to take redshirts in DI. In DII it is easy.

If I plan on r/s a player I always try to throw some extra effort his way in hopes that it helps. I never use the button
