That's very considerate of you, scudmissile. I had not sent you a site mail because you used the Royals name 1st and so had first claim to it. I have sent tkcronin a site mail letting him know he can have the Cincinnati Royals name if he wants it. Thanks

i'll jump-in with the pacers.

Thanks robusk and calcutta. OK very good news. I got verification from the last owner that he was in so we have 23. Both coled and I volunteered to take a 2nd team so I will offer him 1st choice and if he declines I will take the last team (unless a new owner jumps in before this afternoon).

I have already posted an available player list in a "1951/79 Prog. Draft" thread in the Sim League Basketball Theme Leagues Forum (once the league is underway I will get a private forum established).

My current thinking is to start the draft on the clock on Thursday, go off the clock over the weekend and resume on the clock Monday 4/2. Comments are welcome.

I will try to establish divisional alignment this afternoon after the last team is determined. I will send a site mail to all owners this afternoon.

I'll look to the future a year or two and take the Brooklyn Nets (plus one of my cousins in on the current Nets)
