agreed. i've seen a school sitting quietly on 6 5-star players and nobody chasing them, or only 1 guy chasing, a million times... but it's not cool to point it out. let people make their own observations and decisions.
likewise, a guy in my conference posted a thing a few cycles ago about a recruit he had passed on offering a scholly (low-D, high everything else guy), saying how he was a good cheap pickup if anyone wanted him... I had been monitoring the situation, was having a bad recruiting cycle, and was already going after the guy. I really didn't need or want his availability pointed out to everyone else. He was trying to be helpful (which may or may not be fair, too), but mostly he made my life more sucky. I don't think this kind of post is unfair, but I do think it's uncool. Every man for himself, dammit!
