There were no objections to a 16 team league so I sitemailed admin to change it to a 16 team league.  I won't enter my 1923 team unless there is a problem with one of the other owners.

I need the last few owners to try and enter their teams by Sunday night.  Sign up for the waitlist if you would like a team and if there are openings on Monday, I will let those waitlisters sign on then.
