It's almost as if you read the OP. Blocking is a user tool. Redlining is an administrative tool. The only reason users have it here is because WIS has no administration.

This is one of those comments that's hard to argue with.

AND this is what happened so long ago and no one cares.

There was a time when the old rules were enforced. Ownership changed hands. All gone.

These new guys don't know what's going on. And they don't care. And that's fine with me.
