Less than an inch here in Austin, but not fun for my 2300 pound Miata. And of course when I arrive at work, my manager says 'I didn't expect you to come. The advisory says 'use your best judgement'.

weather this week in Dallas(we had 1-3 inches of ice prior to this morning's snow) is some bigtime payback for Jerry firing Tom, blowing up Texas Stadium, etc.

Tom Landry is in heaven yelling at Jerry Jones "its not the Cowboys' job to host Super Bowls, its the Cowboys' job to play in them"  :)

I had 23 inches of snow (with drifts over 3 feet) where I live (25 miles west of Chicago).  Nothing like opening the garage Wed. morning to see a wall of snow 3+ feet high.  And, no I don't own a snow-blower (not that it would have worked in snow that high anyway).

I had the same deal schwarze,been living in Plainfield 10 yrs bought a snow blower first year I moved in. But it didn't matter still had to shovel anyway.Bad enough I couldn't even get my son to help out,he came home grabbed his snow board and said "see ya later"...Damn kid!

I'd gladly take 23 inches of snow over the foot-high sleet drifts in my driveway.  I just wiped out coming back into work, and I can barely sit down as much as my tailbone hurts.

I'm not keen on xxevil jumping the gun, but oh well.  I'll send proxies to jcred5, ncih, and slymonium.
