I am deliberating between Troy Tulowitzki and Sean Doolittle. Tulo is the superior value, but I already have 1,000+ PA at the SS position between Tatis Jr. and Miguel Rojas. Tulo is certainly better but by how much? Doolittle is lights out but only has 45 IP. But the bottom of my pitching staff is pretty terrible and he'd be a huge upgrade in those 45 innings.
