I'll put you on the waitlist for a 2nd team, if I still haven't heard from some owners in a few days (likely) I'll spin you some years and you can work on a team, if I continue to not hear from them you can enter it.

you have so many people who don't have their teams in then after that they all show up wanting to put their teams in I have seen this dozens of times before cause they have the best excuse in the world like a relative dying or there was a flood in my house or my house got robbed or i was in burma and they have no internet there always the most mind sobering excuses my grandma died I'll have my team in later today 

Maybe you can search for a period and the shift key while you patiently wait?

The most impatient commissioner in WIS wouldn't expect every team to be in 24 hours after getting out a league number. Some of us have jobs, families and other obligations that take our time away from filling up the league immediately. If the league is full by Wednesday night, it will have filled faster than 90% of leagues. Ask your mom to buy you a color book and a box of Crayons for while you wait.
