If you want to have real creditability lofl, however, try some probability formulas or statistical analysis. www.bpisports.com Without that, you are only talking to hear yourself talk

Let's say, hypothetically, that Coke were to change its formula tomorrow. Before this "New Coke" has even hit the stores, someone walks up to an and asks you which is better: "New Coke" or "Classic Coke". This doesn't apply to the HD situation really, because I posed and answered my own question AFTER the new HD was released.

What would your answer be? The current answer would be classic coke because you haven't tried new coke, but you could add in that you reserve the right to change your response after you try the new coke. You're trying to paint this picture like I'm some kind of lunatic and you're completely off-base...once again, you're just another putz that can't grasp what I'm saying.

Colonels, serious question: What exactly are you getting out of this constant arguing in virtually every thread on this message board? Better and better at it ;)

I visit the boards infrequently now, but when I do, I'm shocked at the time and effort you put in arguing here. From my cursory view over the months, you don't seem to enjoy any of the WIS games that much and you don't really seem to be that intent on working to see HD improved. Both statements are false I also find it hard to believe that you are using the forums to learn anything about the game because, frankly, your record as a coach doesn't reflect much improvement. The guys here have been helpful to the extent that I want them to be. I don't want/need a mentor, I don't want to be a clone of some other coach, I take what "advice" I need, and that's it. You want to call me a bad coach or what have you, that's fine...I'm happy playing the way that I do...and people can't seem to grasp that. HD is more than just a "game" to me, its research.

So, in all seriousness, what are you getting out of flooding the WIS message boards with nearly 21,000 posts? This is since May 2003 fwiw Do you crave attention, are you bored at work? What is it? I post when there's a reason to post...I don't "ruin" as many threads as you think I do, especially given the fact that you're a forum part-timer if you will.

Research for what? Further, you "research" what you view to be a flawed simulation? What fun is that? Maybe this is some internet-psychology thing you are working on....

Time and time again I've called this the best cbb game out there, ever. The game is truly fantastic, if it wasn't, I wouldn't be here. What fun is that? I have a team in Tark where the new engine was used in yesterday's exhib, so yes I have tasted the NEW HD.

Oh, well, one whole exhibition game.

And the loop is complete.

Coupled with the various posts of others and seble's 5 day delay of the re-release and yes, CURRENTLY, the NEW engine has show itself for what it is. In the long haul it still can be better than OLD HD, but I can't say I'm confident in that statement.

This is the point where I'd introduce the 'Meaningless" logical value, to go along with Yes/No/Maybe, but since you haven't yet got the hang of a three-value system, I suspect it would be wasted effort.

Oh hey, look, it's the monthly a_in_the_b-colonels fight. Good to know it's only six pages so far.

Also, Colonels, I would like to say I am enjoying this new engine. The new recruits I'm looking at are so weird but very cool. Seble has fixed many bugs and I haven't encountered anything too weird. Times I was screwed by the old engine: 1. Times I have been screwed by the new engine: 0.

If you answer a yes or no question with something other than yes or no, you haven't answered the question...not hard to understand.

Most of the time if you're asking a yes-or-no question, you're asking the wrong question.
