This discussion came up last year when we had 16 on the waiting list.  But, as always happens, a number of people bail out (even after purchasing the GC)...we went through most of the waiting list last year.

I will be working on the owner rankings this week, so I can set the league assignments.  Then I can place the commissioners into their respective leagues and they can create the league numbers.

I've given wildthings1 until the end of the day today to purchase his GC.  He's a past champion, which is why I've waited this long.  But he hasn't read a site-mail from me in two weeks and has no active teams.  I will go to the waitlist if he doesn't reply.
