The soreness will lessen eventually as you build up muscle. In the meantime, you need to "feed" your tiny muscles. I'd recommend heading down to the GNC and getting a protein product to supplement your diet. Also, stretch in the morning and, if you can handle it, do some light weight, high rep excercises on the body part(s) you worked the previous day. If you don't have any weights are home, buy a couple of 15-20 lb dumbbells. If you're too broke for that, just do some push-ups and squats. You want to get blood back into the area so the torn muscle will heal faster.
