Another carnacarn trait.

His use of the english language leaves a lot to be desired...we all seem to think he is bi-polar...but who really knows what's going on.   He at one point this year had about 10 teams on the go (all in the first year)..then made a post that due to life he couldn't continue...then came back the next day or two and recanted.   Very strange behaviour to say the least.  Not sure if he is a newbie or not...

Yeah, there was some long, drawn out apology in this thread.  Which was deleted.

Yeah, this whole Mr Chow business is curious to say the least. :)

He had a team in our world (Matthewson) also, and we were just doing off season and spring training stuff.  He was polite in his posts in the forum, but the fact he kept doing a Farve thing (I'm gone, I'm here, I'm gone, I'm here) got confused and old fast.  A couple people had suggested privately that it was the same person as carnacarn (who also had been in our world and left on not good terms, to say the least), but the behavior was so different I didn't believe it.

Then all of a sudden things changed.  Yesterday afternoon he was trading jokes with us about a player and I was doing private chat messages with him aboiut trying to work out a trade.  Then suddenly in the late afternoon he posted a 'I'm gone, real life is too much, etc.' post and told me in private that I should continue trade talks with the new owner.  We allready had someone as a backup from eariler when he pulled that stunt, so the change was quickly made.  Since we were in spring training, it's hard to know the overall impact he had on the team.  It didn't look like any bad or long term contracts would signed, and the new guy posted today there were too many LF/1B/DH types, but beyond that it seemed okay.

Somebody in our chat posted about Mr. Chow's 'blowup' in Ford and I just finished reading it.  After that long laughing session I had, I have to conclude now that I was wrong and carnacarn and Mr. Chow were the same people.

Totaly strange how he can act like a a-hole in one world and perfect in  ours.... (shrug)

who is this carnacarn guy? you guys speak of him like he's lord voldemort (or however you spell it)

He's had about a dozen alaises.   Normal, blow-up, apology, delete posts is the pattern.    Joins worlds in bunches, screws up a team or two, has a fit, disappears for awhile.

It's people like him who make everyone a little alias-leery when a new guy shows up.   It's really no big deal but he probably masturbates every time he does it.

oh ok, I got it, I always thought Alias was referring to having 2 teams in the same world so you could scout and trade for one another.

It can be both.  Just a matter of context.
