Actually, "jweb" is one of my other accounts I created when they gave away a free team to all users... what, 8 or 9 years ago now?

I'll go with the Hornets/Bobcats combo.  I couldn't find a SG I liked for the Hawks or a SF for the Wolves/Grizzlies, so I'll go for Team Charlotte.

I'd like to say how good this cap is.  $2M more and there would be some ridiculous teams (mine, for example).  As it is, I have to make a really, really hard decision.  Philly's tough because the obvious guys are really good... but they cost so much and don't give you enough defensive boards. So I have to make some adjustments, and suddenly the entire reason I drafted Philly is gone.  This truly is a league where any team can win it all.

I think Im going to take the Atlanta Hawks and move them into the midwest so I can maintain some east west balance

Yeah I had the same prob with Philly before!  Tough at this cap.  If anyone can do it though....

Yes, I agree this cap makes it a very competitive league. SF is the most difficult position for me to determine for the WAS roster.
