I have a general stupid question

I see 300K exception..I do not know what this means.
can I have players that fit critiria that cost $200,000??

If there is a 300K exception, it means that there are fewer restrictions on what players you put on the roster who cost $200,000 to $300,000. There aren't any exceptions this time except in the $90M league, where any player under $300K is allowed from the season of the team that you started with.

That's correct.  Sometimes, the themes are hard enough, where I allow you to take players under 300K that don't fit the theme rules.  Sometimes, the 300K exceptions doesn't apply (like the 110M theme).

In the 90M theme, you can take any player 300K or less that isn't from your selected team and isn't a twist.  The only rule is that he has to be from the same season of the team you selected.  It makes it a bit easier to fill out your roster.

For the $100m theme, how do you determine W% in case of ties? One of the teams I'm looking at played 163 games, but their W-L record only indicates 162 as they had an official tie. Do we figure the W% as W/GP or as W/(W+L)? If it is the former then I'm right at .500 on the nose, but if it is the latter I'm at .500679, or .501.

Ignore ties.  Win% = W / (W + L).

here we go.  in the clone league i'm using a deadballer who played in several parks that don't exist in the WIS database.  and i want a deadball era park.  am i SOL or can i grab the closest park to the era in that same city???

If one of your clones doesn't have any eligible parks, use a ballpark from one of your other clones.

Finally got a 100M team built.  Will probably go with it just because it was so hard to do but I can't completely eradicate the nagging sense that there is a better combination out there...

Excellent question.  Since I didn't specifically exclude them, I think they have to be allowed.
