Second no-hitter of the tourney, this time by Gooden in the $110mil league.  Unfortunately it's not official, as my boys won 1-0 in ten innings.

Time for my rant...

I won't even comment on the underperforming 110m dollar B. Ruth team... or my 80m team which opened up at 66-31 and now just lost its 10th consecutive game.  It's the high frequency I am seeing in WIS for the blowing of saves (my 10th loss was leading 4-0 in the 9th only to see 6 consecutive hits with 2 outs for my opponent to pot in 5 runs).

The one aspect I have with WIS is probably the unreasonable frequency of the blown save (I've been on both ends of this with the absolute worse case was somehow my team scoring 8 runs in the 9th being down by 7).

Losing streak now up to 13 games ...  All this from a team that was winning 2/3rds of its game over the first 100.  Who at WIS did I **** off to have my team get totally screwed like this.

I know that feeling well, budd.  This game has become far too streaky.

What is more astonishing to me is that somehow... on a 14 game losing streak my 80m team is still in 1st place in the AL... which is why I'm getting an ulcer thinking about how dominant the team was prior to this losing streak and why its still on this streak.

I'm beginning to question if WIS simulator is even working properly as all my hitters are still at 100% but can't even hit and most of my pitchers are over 95% but are getting knocked around.

It baffles me.  People always use real life examples like the Pirates and Indians this year, but it seems to happen constantly in WIS.  I can't count the teams I've had in first place by a healthy margin 2/3-3/4 of the way into the season, and the absolutely bomb and finish way out of the playoff picture.  And nothing changes in terms of fatigue, my lineup, etc.

Third schwarze of the tourney this morning...let's hope things are picking up.

noodles hahn in the 80mil league brought his 42 and 1/3 scoreless innings streak to a halt in the afternoon games with a run in the 3rd inning..pretty amazing

These teams are really starting to sputter down the stretch.

Immediately followed up a 6-0 with a 1-5.  Way to build some momentum, boys.

100mil team loses 21 of 28 - still in first.  Is this what y'all are talking about?

followed up a 6-0 with 2 2-4 session..ahh...i like to look at the 2-4s on the bright side..at least my two worst teams that needed it the most won...

Climbed within 2 games of .500...then 18 games under the last three days, including coughing up two playoff spots.  Why am I not surprised?

nice 0-6 am session, trying to choke away 2 playoff spots evidently....

I had my first 0-6 of the season at lunchtime. I guess I should be grateful that it has only been 1 so far...

My 120m team has a .660 pythag, the best of all my teams.

Right now it has the greatest risk of missing the playoffs.
