For my team in Crum - Beloit Buccaneers. I think i probably scheduled a bit tough most definitely seems like the team is having issues scoring some points and issues giving up the points also.

Did you change offensive and defensive sets since you took over the team?  You just don't have the IQs to overcome the lack of strong defenders and obvious scorers.  Williams probably shouldn't be starting unless you want to have him ready for the post season.  He has a low defensive rating and a B- IQ.   You played uptempo in a couple of the games.  I think you should probably play slowdown every game to minimize your team's low IQ. 

Thanks, i changed offensive and defensive sets. I havent tried slowdown yet.  Williams i had to promise him a starting spot to get him to sign. I did lose a lot of my size the year before was left with bench players on last years squad into starting roles. Im a little small also.

Any rotation set - Shafer, Williams, Andino , Vito, and Stokes - 1st team 

2nd team - still in flux. rotation wise. i was thinking going- Adler, Boland, Cotner, Fansler/Harris, Alanis.
