Who plays the 4 and who plays the 5 ? Topic

Yr. Pos. A SPD REB DE BLK LP PE BH P WE ST DU FT TOT
Jeremy Greenwald Jr. PF 93 48 88 97 92 96 35 65 81 69 78 89 B 931

Eugenio Ortiz Sr. PF 93 39 74 95 83 80 58 63 47 28 78 54 C 792

Greenwald is a much better passer and a bit faster.  Ortiz has better perimeter game.  Also, Greenwald is the better low post player, so maybe it would hurt to move him away to the 4.  Heck if I know.  Any analysis?

Ortiz is the 4, no question - better PER, worse LP.  I love having great passers at the 5, too.

I like greenwald at the 4 , 88 reb, 81 passing, 65 bh, 96 lp shot blocker 92 = stud. Ortiz you can get away at the 5 - mccalpane backing those guys up is a super stud in the making, but im not a d1 coach so you guys know this better then me.

I generally go faster guy at the 4.  What defense?  If it's m2m, I'd probably put Greenwald on any good post player.

I would probably slightly prefer Greenwald at the 4, but I don't think it makes all that much difference.  I'd play matchups most of the time.

I perfer Greenwald at 4, passing and SPD are more important at PF, some people even think LP is more utilized at the 4, and I think Reb is utilized equally at each Position.  So the only adavantage for Ortiz at 4 is the PER, and that advantage is overweighted by the other attributes. But like dahs said I would play it depending  on matchups, but all else equal Greenwald at 4.
