I've heard of some owners going with budgets of $20MM in training and $0 in medical.  Has anyone tried that?  What is the downfall with $0 in medical?  Are the injury hits astronomical?  Or is the benefit of having $20MM more to spend in other areas offset that hit?

Training = preventing injuries
Medical = severity of injury

So my assumption would be that when you do get that injury, the "out 2-12 months" you get? Will almost always be 12 months.

I would expect that the ratings hit for the injury would higher as well.
