Question is about the following team: http://whatifsports.com/hd/TeamProfile/Ratings.aspx?tid=14054

I have 3 bigs that are So. so I want to RS one of them to spread out my bigs more evenly.

Potential:
Name Yr. Pos. A SPD REB DE BLK LP PE BH P WE ST DU FT TOT
Steven Sherman So. PF 57 59 91 62 77 59 54 54 60 64 78 32 C 747
Antonio Greene So. C 61 28 91 58 92 64 37 22 40 23 64 68 C+ 648
Daniel Sharma So. C 70 26 74 75 72 76 24 18 20 19 65 40 D+ 579

This cuts down my # of bigs to 4. My first try was Daniel Sharma and he actually accepted the RS right away. With his low WE and 5 categories at high and 5 at average (not counting Dur) I thought he would be the best RS target. I also believe that Sherman/Greene are more ready to play backup at the 4/5 spot despite the low ath for D1 (Sherman should hit 70+ by NT time) due to their 91 reb. Do others agree with this line of thought?

makes sense to me

I guess the question I'm asking is, should have Sharma gotten the RS over Sherman/Greene? Sherman probably has the least to gain in terms of growth but 3 years of sherman with an additional 10-12 points in ath is pretty big.

Sharma is the correct choice for RS. Sherman has a decided RB adv. and a scoring adv. for the time being, but Sharma definitely has more potential and will be better than Sherman in the long run. Plus with that weak WE Sharma needs more time in a starting role to really get the benefit of all that potential. You'll get at least one great season out of him with a RS.
