Reward those who save cash by allowing the, to do Evals or coaching calls before its time to recruit.

I want to know the offense and defense of a recruit before i start recruiting him. I currently can't do this. Please allow us to at least call coaches before recruiting time begins. Perhaps even do Evals...

Easy change that would make ins more interesting!
