Hey there I'm at DII in Seattle and just have a quick question, I have 2 recruits considering me only, I've offered Schollies and would imagine they'll say yes will do when signing time comes around.

So my question is what are the chances I lose these guys if I spend $0 more dollars?

They will sign with you as long as no other school jumps in. Depending on how much effort you have into them, they might not sign on the 1st signing cycle, but they will eventually. The real recruiting decision you have to make at this point is how much cash to hold in reserve in case someone does jump in on one or both of them. The more you want them, the more cash you need to hold to protect them.

If a recruit is considering nobody but you and you have offered scholarships they will sign on the first cycle after signings start.

What if they're only considering us, I don't offer scholly right away, wait for a bit and then offer, will they still accept first go around?

they usually wait a cycle in that case
