CS has a sense of humor. In recruiting this season I signed a player named Harry Wilson. I already had a player named Harold Wilson on my team. As I'm sure you can imagine, 2 players named H. Wilson is a bit confusing when game planning, etc. There are ways to make sure you are selecting the right H. Wilson, but it is a bit of a pain in the arse. So, I sent in a ticket asking if they could do anything to help me out. I suggested they change the drop down boxes to include the player's full name. CS responded by saying in situations like this they can go in and change the last name of one of the players and they asked which one I would like changed. I asked them to change Harry's last name and I told CS they could pick Harry's new last name. The name they chose....abracadabra...Harry Houdini.
