I'm getting back in to HBD, and have a little conundrum - who should be my #4 and #5 SP. I have three guys duking it out. I am leaning towards Gardel due to the much higher control and Mangual due to the higher stats for his 1st 2 pitches, however I'd like to here from some people with more experience.

I agree that those are the best two of those three.

In the worlds I've played in you could probably do a little better than all of them in rule 5, and significantly better without giving much up or taking on much salary by working the trade market at the bottom end.  I think these guys are solidly AAA-caliber.

I am a little shocked by the salaries that all 3 of these guys are making as I agree with the AAA caliber statement. You should be able to sign better pitchers than all 3 of these guys near the end of the free agent signing period for ~$2M or less per season.
