im considering signing a dropdown big man with my 1 open scholly...

11 speed with high/high
22 ath with high/high
64 reb with high/high
18 def with high/high
73 low post with low
46 shot block
11 peri
10 BH

good stamina...  would this guy be a legit sign? and my hope is to redshirt him

Work ethic?  With only the information provided, he could be anything from useless to an All American depending on how the high/highs shake out.  More than likely his ATH and DEF will fizzle out before they get too high, but there is no way to tell.  Looks to me like he would be worth a gamble though, his ceiling could be really high.  A redshirt season would really help this guy out, as he would be pretty much useless as a freshman with those stats as they currently are.

well and my team is pretty good in depth for the next 2 seasons.. so i would redshirt him and he wouldnt even play much until his redshirt sophmore year

SO you are looking at a 50 ATH, 90REB, 50 DEF, 75 LP post player.   I don't think he is an AA but when he reaches those numbers he'll be on the low end of average defensively  but a pretty efficient scorer.   Fully developed, I think he is an off the bench scorer type.
