I am in my 2nd season at Louisville in Knight and I am looking for someone who has experience taking a Big 6 program from C+, B- range to a perennial A prestige squad. Looking at the coaching history of Louisville in Knight there hasn't been much success in the last 15 or so seasons and I am hoping to change that.

The big thing I am looking for is tips on recruiting at D1 especially in the Kentucky region when I have Ohio State, Indiana, Kentucky, Illinois all recruiting in my backyard.

It looks like you are on the right track right now GVSU. I think you will be there in about 3 seasons.
