If you are looking for a challenge, come join Conference USA in Tarkanian. Memphis State and University of Central Florida are open. Memphis State has a higher Baseline than most schools (B), other than Big 6 programs.  

We have been full for the last 4 years, and have climbed in the conference RPI standings to #7 this year, meaning only Big 6 conferences are ahead of us. 10 of the 12 teams are now rated with a prestige of C or above. The 10 coaches that are here now are very solid. We just need two more coaches to take the conference to the next level.
