When do you hear back if you applied for a job? I applied this morning and haven't heard back yet

First job changes will happen around 2:30 AM to 3:00 AM. After that it's every 3 hours (just like recruiting 2,5,8,11).

How did a coach with only one year of experience and had never recruited a player before and inherited his entire d3 team get the w. New Mexico job over me?

Had he ever made an NT? 

Your lowest RPI was 120 in four seasons and no postseason bids. My guess is as tarvolon is guessing, the other applicant had postseason experience.

The job process is a mystery to me.  I got snubbed for a job I thought I should get this last cycle.  I'm fighting with CS now (and it's generous to call them customer "service" because they last thing they seem interested in providing is any type of service).  At first they told me that experience loyalty, reputation, and success matter (this is a D3 job).  Now they tell me that loyalty and reputation don't matter at all, only success and experience.  Getting real close to pulling the plug on this game.
