I know that I have seen posts like this before, but I wasn't able to track them down.  First off a couple caveats.

I just started my first couple of seasons with a poor DI team (first DI team I have ever had) but I was able to snag a Freshman with a lot of High-High categories.

Thus far, he is at 125 points of improvement with (3 HIGH-HIGH that are still Blue)

We have 4 more regular season games to go and conference tourney -- which I will quickly be eliminated from.

Curious how much growth you have seen from players and where he ranks, as well as where you think his overall total points of growth will end up.

I had a guy get 134, and I think the record was 140 or something... I started a thread like this a little while back, I'll attach the link when I have computer access tomorrow if someone else doesn't before.

Looks like 140 is within shooting distance.  Im at 134 with 3 more days of regular season, plus the Conference Tourney remaining.

Should be interesting...

I have had people get right around 100 before, but never to this level in the 40 + seasons that I have played.

A guy with several high/highs and a high work ethic should get close to or over 100 points of improvement in his first season if you play him enough. At least, that has been my experience most of the time.

what potential does he have left? that's a heck of a season of improvement-- he's now a decent low-d1 SF. If there's any room for growth left, he'll be really good for you.      

Very nice growth! Could be a player of the year for your conference now.

He is still 'blue' in both PER and BH.  Only 'Red' in REB and LP.  Black in all of the rest...

Should still see a decent level of improvement moving forward.
