Kind of along the lines of the thread, quick question.

I was thinking about starting another team in another world (I wanna stay in D3 in Phelan) so I can end up at the University of Alaska, Fairbanks (since I live here). Is it hard to recruit being so far away? I cant imagine there are very many recruits in a 300 mile radius of Fairbanks... Denali doesnt even have a basketball team!
I felt like Alaska was difficult. I was only there one year. If there are good recruits there, they are pretty much yours, but I found that trying to get players in the states was hard. I was not there long though. I just wanted to try it, and left after the one year. I have seen very successful teams in Alaska though.

I do like Hawaii though so far. Entering my 3rd year. At D1 you have enough money to go after good players in the states, even with the distance disadvantage.
