Really strange accomplishment and I know "firsts" are becoming more and more rare. Just had a guy :

Herb Doyle achieve a really odd feat. He hit 10 homers at all six levels.
I took over the team last season and he really escaped my attention. He started in Low A and popped 10 homers really fast, and I realized I should have already promoted him so I bumped him to High A and he hit 10 in 15 games. AA and AAA took him a little bit longer but I had realized the 10 at six levels thing was attainable. My major league team is rebuilding, so this was easy to keep an eye on. I decided for #5 he needed to go to rookie ball first as their season ends sooner. He hit 10 in 14 games and I promoted him to the show. I expected a slowdown but it did not happen at all. He hit his 10 in 17 games in the bigs giving him 60 for the season.
Crazy..Anybody seen this before?
