Can someone please remind me at what point I can transfer part of the mandatory 6M Prospect budget? Amateur Draft just happened and I have 25 players on my rookie league roster already, but it is still locked. Is it after the first game of the RL season it unlocks, or...?

you have to spend a certain amount on your amateur draft picks as well. i think it goes by how many guys you sign.

Thanks Sergei. I'm completely capped. Signed about 12 amateur draft picks with no player budget left for any more. Got to 25 through demotions, hoping to replenish the other teams after being able to transfer, but I guess I have to wait till the sim force-signs some more.
