I think it was over a year ago. Maybe longer. One of the smarter coaches who lurk amongst us posted a full explanation on the workings of player distribution. He explained the math and how the system is designed for relative values between players.
At the time, I read it, nodded and tried to incorporate the basics of what he said. But now I want to re-read it and commit it to memory. Unlike a lot of the informative stuff here (like Aejones' winning thread), I failed to save the post to my hard drive.
Thus, the purpose of this thread: does anyone have that old thread link? Or can we discuss the finer points of how to set distro, how to weight matchups and how to be sure you're not shorting yourself on the floor?
