Come and join us in one of the dominant conferences in the best D3 world. We've been on a downward slide the last 2 seasons due to losing a few long-term coaches. But we return 8 good guys who are in it for the long haul, and the programs that are open are all in decent shape: 

Hamilton has 4 openings and 4 rising seniors, so you'll have a quick chance to turn it around without crazy cuts.
