Call Bull Pen Topic

I've never used a 5 setting for "Call Bullpen". I have a SP that seems to live at the extremes of hot or cold and I am thinking about using him in a LCS with a 5 setting. His PC is 110-115. Any thoughts on what simmy might conjure up?
