the walk-ons don't matter like stine says. He certainly looks to be a candidate for EE. In my limited experience, I've had a couple of occasions where a highly rated likely EE stayed because I was only a B+ prestige and missed the post-season, both of which apply to you (you'll probably drop below B+ after that last season I'd guess actually). I'm not sure if being in a BCS conference has any impact in the decision making process or not, but 1 of my 2 kids that I thought were locks to go was my first PG at Michigan St (Larry Malec) who stayed and had 90+ in all PG cores and my best player ever my PG at Central Florida (Robert Spencer) who became the #1 overall pick as a senior...
