This is a human coached team.  What is the purpose of this strategy?  Seems to have 1 guy, who isn't very talented at all, getting all of his distribution.  Is he:

a.  Tanking the season?  Since there are no higher draft picks for having the worst record I don't see the point of doing that.
b.  Trying to get that player All American status because of his high point total?  I would think his horrendous shooting percentage and number of turnovers would preclude him from that honor.
c.  Coach accidentally set the distro number and hasn't realized it?

Note that Adams is a senior and when new recruits come in, they default to 0 in distro.  My best guess is Adams had a point or 2 of distro set a couple seasons ago but the coach has been ghosting his team since then.  Adams might be the only guy on his team with any distro and even if his distro is1 and everyone else's is 0, Adams will take a ton of shots.

One guy "who isn't very talented at all" <- Talk about being kind. I looked at the guy (Antonio Adams) and figured he was a walk-on and that the owner was trying to have a walk-on lead in points scored or be all-conference or all-american or something...

And then I saw Recruited By: tiyob90 and realized the guy was actually *recruited* to play basketball.

Wow I have never seen anyone average double digit turnovers before. Also hes rocking a solid 37-1 turnover to assist ratio.

He still could have been a walk-on that was signed to a schorlarship.  Doesn't mean he was ever actually recruited, just signed by tiyob90.

I've heard people saying there "isn't a guy out there who works harder" than Adams.

His senior PF and C are both shooting over 50% (they have good LP ratings, plus taking very few shots helps). If you take those two guys out, the rest of the team proudly sports 24% FG, as well as a tidy 12:159 ast:turnover ratio.

Why not send him a sitemail and ask?

This just goes to show you, in real life or in HD, hard work doesn't always pay off (unless your payoff is scoring 26 a game and coughing it up 11 times every game too).
