Public League Ryan has Pittsburgh Wagners  currently playing .250 ball and competing for the fifth consecutive year for top draft pick.  They have 6 players including 3 SPs at the AAA level with stellar splits and 80+ projections while they start MLB level 50 SPs.  In other words, they are tanking.   I think WIS can build into the program a "skills deterioration" factor that would basically mimic real life.  Players at the AAA with MLB numbers would see a decline in ratings since they are facing less talented and skilled players.  It would be accelerated each year.  This would limit the effectiveness of the tanking

Don't hold your breath. What if an owner was winning 110 games per season and had no room on his ML team, and the owner was holding a prospect in AAA in case of injury or for next season, and he started to deteriorate?

I'd suggest that if you don't like the world you are in, find another. Some have anti-tanking rules that you'd appreciate.
