If you are in a $255M TOC, there probably shouldn't be any progressive league teams or too many teams that had a lot of theme restrictions. It's mostly going to be the best of the best on opponents' rosters, and more homogenous than any other TOC cap. In that regard, there's more "luck" involved at a TOC cap that high, as not a lot will differentiate most rosters. It's not a total crapshoot like some others have said in the past, but it can feel that way when the rosters look so much the same. When that's the case, it's important to capitalize on match-ups as much as possible. Things like don't start Pedro at Coors against a HR team will help you avoid situations where you are more likely to lose than win. At that cap you are just trying to create the best match-ups you can, and avoid the bad ones.
