Scholarship message Topic

I always assume that you only received the scholarship message when battling for a recruit when the leader changes.  But here are the last 2 scholarship messages I received.  

"It would be an honor to play for you at XXXX, but I'd also be honored to play for a couple of other schools too. I'm sorry, I just need more time."


"Coach, it's down to a handful of schools - you're on my very short list, but I feel like I still need more information about the program."


I blocked out the school name cuz it's still going on.  But I'm in 2 different battles in 2 different worlds right now so I'm not giving it away who it is.  But don't these both sound like I'm a little behind?  Is that wrong?  And do messages come when you go from way ahead to just barely ahead?

without looking at the other thread, I think those ARE both behind, but different degrees of behind. You (most of the time) get a scholarship message when the status changes - and that can be going from a little behind to a lot behind (or way ahead to barely ahead)

I've gotten both of those messages when I was the only school on the recruits list. Lol.
