I was wondering how big a difference there is between one "step" in IQ. Say you are comparing two of your players at the same position. One guy is faster and has a higher defensive rating, but he's a B IQ and the other guy has a lower defense and speed rating but has a B+ IQ. The speed difference is about 20 points and the defense difference is seven. If you were facing a strong opponent at that position, would you go with the higher individual ratings or the higher IQ? 

I don't know how much defense is really worth but it ain't 20 points in speed and 7 in defense.  Play the higher stats guy.

I think that then begs the question- at what point WOULD you play the lower stats guy. If slow guy was a A and fast guy was a C?

I am just guessing but a full letter grade is probably worth around 3-5 points in the core stats.
