I've noticed players take alot fewer free throws on the sim than in real life. I know your player's free throw attempts will be greatly effected by his opponents foul%, but is it effected by his opponents/other teams's defensive rating?

I don't think the FAQ mentions such a relationship but as we've seen repeatedly in the past that is no proof of anything at all
