I cut a player in d3 last season, rep went from spotless to great, If I cut one this season will it drop and how far?

Not sure if DIII is different,but I have seen other players quit when there are players being cut by the coach that recruiter them.Just something to think about.

there is a chance and it does happen, but not very often. anecdotal of course, but I take over rebuilds all the time and frequently cut many players and its never happened to me.

Rep hit should be about 1/3 grade and will recover in a season or 2 at most

As I said, cut players that YOU had recruited.Seeing as you have been there a while. I'm assuming your cuting YOUR recruits.When taking on rebuilds your cutting other guys or sim recruits.BIG difference.

My rep can drop to the ground and you are only as good as your last game UW........and our last game says otherwise lol......the 30 before that dont count in my book
