How soon after do you see the reputation hit?

pretty sure they'll quit immediately if they are gonna. rep hit is also immediate I believe. you may not see a rep hit from 1 cut

The rep hit is definitely immediate. Can't say about quitters as I have no experience there. (And have now jinxed myself...)

I took over a team. Cut several players. The only decent player's resignation arrived by email the next cycle - immediate.
