I am trying to find the PDF which talked about the different responses you get back during recruiting and wat each one means. I would greatly appreciate any and all help!

I don't know about a pdf, but here is a forum discussion about it that has a number of them

sorry I guess I was pretty vague when I asked that the first time around, what I am trying to find is what the different potentials mean when you do scouting trips.  So you can identify how much they are going to improve in the various categories when they get on your campus.
