Anybody pay any attention to their Assistant Coaches practice recommendations?

Why would anybody not pay attention to these?  They contain very valuable information about when a player is maxed out in an attribute, and are vital to having an efficient practice plan.

When the assistant tells you he has gotten all he can get in a particular area, set it to "2."  You can set it to 0, but I find it a helpful way to keep track of which attributes have maxed out.  Then put your time in other places.

Also keep in mind:  put 7 min into a skill to keep it from atrophying, except for LP and PER where a mere 3 minutes will prevent a backsliding in those areas.

A note:   While generally not a bad guide, if your WE is especially high you can get away with less, if its really low, you might need more.  IF you doubt, just lower it and see if you loose one, and if you do, raise it back up just a touch,
