Do contract demands decrease during ST? Or do they stay firm until the regular season starts when they start to go down proportionally to games played?

Players without offers will lower their demands before the season starts.

Sign players after the 8th ST game during the 3 PM cycle.   Demands are reduced to 1 season AND, more importantly, that's the last cycle before they take a ratings hit. 

Demands do continue to decrease after that but they will lose a few ratings points.
