To get my best players on the court ... You think warren might work as an sf in that combo?

Slower than my usual for the position.

Me personally, I would hesitate taking Warren out of the PF position, since he is your best rebounder. Only way I would put Floyd in at PF would be to stop a 20+ point scoring PF. Excellent defender with less than average rebounding skills for a PF.

I would think with an 84 still at center and Warren's 96 still in the lineup, albeit at sf, where his rebounding ability is likely to be dominant on a game to game basis should still work out.
