How important is Prestige in Recruting? Topic

I was considering moving teams this off-season from my school with a D+ Prestige in d-2, to another d-2 school with C+ prestige or maybe even B-. 

I'm expecting to have a really solid year this upcoming season so I decided to stay. Also I figured I would lose some loyalty and reputation for moving. 

My question is, would a full letter grade higher in prestige outweigh the loss of loyalty and reputation?

At D2 prestige allows access to higher rate recruits, either straight off the bat on your D2 screen or being able to pull down more D1 players. Loyalty and Rep have nothing to do with recruiting.

Im a B- prestige in d3, its been hell trying to recruit guards against higher prestige schools.
