Hey guys, I'm in my 2nd season of D3 ball. I was wondering if someone would take a look and give me some feedback about my recruiting? Besides Richard Hoover, I have recruited everyone else. I think I did a good job with the most recent class, 5 freshmen, but I could be wrong. If anyone would just give me a little feedback on my team I'd appreciate it. I'm just trying to get a sense of if I'm on the right track

Do you have their potentials? They look decent, but what they are now versus what they will be are two very different things. What they will be as upperclassmen is by far the most important metric to measure recruiting by.

hard to do without potentials.

Where do I find potentials?
You can view your roster's potentials on the bottom half of your Practice Plan page (each player's numbers will be color coded either as blue (High), black (Avg) or red (Low).  If you did scouting trips during recruiting, you could interpret the individual responses to determine if some of those Highs are High-Highs (28+ points of improvement) as well.

What does high-high mean?

A guy with high potential is going to improve within a certain range of points in that category.  From the scouting reports you can gather whether he is going to be on the high end of that range.  That is what you will see referred to as a "high-high".

Low potential means a player will improve between 0-7, average is 7-20, and high is 20+.
