In the IIAC in IBA, we are looking for 1-2 coaches. We finished 7th in conference rpi with only 3 coaches. We have put together good teams and hoping to get 1-2 more in conference as we can dominate recruiting in the Midwest.

League is open. Deadline for jobs is the 28th. Hope to get 1-2 owners. It's a great recruiting area.

The Peach Belt in D2 Iba is also looking for a couple more good coaches to push us over the top.  We currently have 7 coaches, finished 5th in conference RPI, and have a very active and engaging message board/conference.  On top of that, some of our sims are pretty decent and we have a team that's gone to back-to-back Final Fours.  We'd love a couple more coaches to really make this league elite and help us get recruiting budgets comparable to the big guys!  Thanks.

Large conferences are great, but in a down yr there isn't much chance of making the NT. In a conference of 4-5 you can make it every yr and still get enough extra recruiting $. Also, it's great recruiting where we are located.
